Todd Gloria is the current representative for the San Diego City Council District 3. He is an unopposed incumbent in this race so is guaranteed another four years in office.

Gloria is a third-generation resident of this district. Before his election in 2008, he was the District Director to U.S. Congresswoman Susan A. Davis and worked for the County of San Diego’s Health and Human Services Agency. He is a graduate of the University of San Diego and currently lives in Hillcrest. According to his website, his dedication to public service comes from his parents.
