Candidates For Governor Make Local Campaign Stops
John Cox brought his recall campaign, and his bear, to San Diego. Gov. Gavin Newsom stopped by as well to make a policy pitch on his budget plan. It’s been a busy week for the California gubernatorial recall as candidates made their presence known. Former Mayor Kevin Faulconer is focusing on other parts of the state to shore up support with conservatives. Marisa Lagos is covering the recall for Bay Area public media station KQED and joins us for an update.
