Amber Alert For Missing 2 Year-Old In Tijuana

Baja California's Attorney General's office has issued an Amber Alert for a 2-year-old Tijuana boy who went missing in Tijuana Friday evening.

State authorities say two men grabbed the boy, put him in their blue Toyota Camry station wagon with California license plates and escaped. Authorities say the car has the number 12 in the rear window.

State authorities estimate one man is 35 years old and the other is between 16 and 18.

The 2-year-old's name is Jose Manuel Martinez Salcido. Authorities say he has big ears and wears glasses. He was wearing brown sweat pants and a red sweatshirt.

Baja California is the first state in Mexico to adopt the Amber Alert system.

License Plate: CA 5YSH272 or CA 5Y5H272
