Lanes were blocked Thursday afternoon on southbound Interstate 15 near Poway Road due to a multi-vehicle crash that left one car on fire.
The crash happened just after 3:50 p.m. and involved at least four vehicles, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One of the vehicles in the crash, a Nissan Altima, overturned and was engulfed in flames, the CHP reported.
Emergency crews were at the scene tending to a possible burn victim.
