This Month’s Focus: Flower Crowns In this workshop, we’ll focus on designing a flower crown. Instruction will cover the specific mechanics, proportions, and techniques used for this style, along with guidance on flower selection and construction suited to its purpose and use. Participants will create one flower crown during the workshop to take home. No prior professional experience, portfolio, or proof of previous classes is required to participate. Havana 1920 offers happy hour from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday featuring cocktails like the Havana Mojito and Havana 1920 Daiquiri, each priced at $7.50. Bites include ham and cheese or chicken croquetas, priced at $2; papa rellenas, stuffed with picadillo or cheese, priced at $3; and empanadas with fillings such as ham and cheese, vegetarian, Cubanita or beef, priced at $4.
