Maureen Cavanaugh (Guest Host): Big news out of San Diego City Hall yesterday. The deputy chief operating officer for land use and economic development, James Waring, resigned; a lawsuit was filed against an oil company regarding pollution near Qualcomm Stadium; and the city attorney continues to fight pension benefits to city employees that he says are illegal.
