Is allowing doctors to prescribe life-ending drugs to terminally ill patients humane? California lawmakers have introduced a bill to legalize physician-assisted suicide for the third time in as many years.   
If the California Compassionate Choices Act passes, it would make California the second state in the country to make doctor-assisted suicide legal. Oregon has had such a law for 10 years.

 
We'll hear from both sides of the debate over whether California should become the second state in the nation to allow doctors to prescribe life-ending drugs.
