How to Protect Yourself from Skin Cancer

Alison St John (Guest Host): Another sunny day in San Diego. And we love it. But the sun on your skin can be deadly, in more instances than you probably care to know. Cases of relatively benign forms of skin cancer have more than doubled in the last generation for people in their 20s and 30s, and that number is growing.

The most serious form of skin cancer is now the second most common form of cancer for women in their 20s. So what do we do to make the most of the sunshine and avoid the lethal effects?
