Esquire Writer Mike Sager Publishes First Novel

Mike Sager is known as one of the new breed of new journalists. He writes regularly for Esquire Magazine about the lives of the famous and the non-famous. He becomes intimately familiar with the people and lives he profiles. In a sense, he moves in with his sources to get the sense of the rhythms of their everyday lives. New journalism seeks to bring a literary flair to reporting. And some of its leading lights, such as Tom Wolfe, have gone on to write novels. Now, Mike Sager has done the same.
