Maureen Cavanaugh: It's the look of the popular TV show Mad Men , or the film Revolutionary Road . The clean, spare, functional look of mid-century design. The home furnishings, architectural touches and accessories of the mid-20th century are enjoying a revival. And the works of one Southern California couple are the subject of a new exhibit at the Mingei International Museum.
