With the recent death of comedian Robin Williams, talk about suicide and depression has come out of the shadows. What are the signs of depression and how should you approach someone who may be suffering?

The It's Up to Us campaign is designed to empower San Diegans to talk openly about mental illness, recognize symptoms, utilize local resources and seek help.
