The U.S. Senate voted to preserve the cross atop Mount Soledad. Will that bring an end to the 17-year-old lawsuit over the cross? And, San Diego played host to a House Judiciary Committee hearing on illegal immigration. What kind of impact do illegal immigrants have on healthcare, education and law enforcement? Plus, the consulting firm Kroll Inc. announced that its report on the city's financial wrongdoings will be released next Tuesday. Will the contents of the report be worth the 18-month wait?
