The college football championships are coming up and the Chargers know who their playoff opponent will be. We discuss the latest in the world of sports.

Tom Fudge: Tonight, Buckeye and Gator fans will be glued to the television as Ohio State and Florida play for the national championship of college football. Meanwhile, followers of the San Diego Chargers will have a whole week to stew over the upcoming playoff game against the Patriots.

New England had a fairly easy time yesterday against the New York Jets. Next week’s playoff game could determine the future of Chargers coach Marty Schottenheimer. Despite his team’s stellar 2006 season, the Chargers' management is still not sure whether they want to keep Marty around.
