Lee "Hacksaw" Hamilton Analyzes Charger's Playoff Performance
Tom Fudge: Yesterday at Qualcomm Stadium, the rain was falling, Antonio Gates had to leave the game with an injured foot, and the Chargers trailed 6-0 at halftime. But this is the beginning of what turned out to be a happy tale for the San Diego Chargers. They came back strong in the second half and ended up beating the Tennessee Titans in the first round of the NFL playoffs. The score was 17-6.
Next week, the opponent will be Indianapolis, whom the Chargers beat earlier this year. But this time they may have to do it without star tight end Antonio Gates.
The next Chargers game is Sunday, January 13th, at 10 a.m., against the Indianapolis Colts at the RCA Dome.
