On this episode, test cook Dan Souza makes host Bridget Lancaster Beef Bulgogi (Korean Marinated Beef). Testing expert Jack Bishop gives a primer on sesame products. Test cook Keith Dresser shows host Julia Colin Davison a recipe for Kimchi Bokkeumbap (Kimchi Fried Rice).
