It's yet to be determined whether the NFL will move a team to the Los Angeles market, but work is underway on the former Hollywood Park site in Inglewood where St. Louis Rams owner Stan Kroenke proposes to build an NFL stadium.

The Los Angeles Times reports that regardless of whether the stadium is approved, Kroenke is proceeding with a mixed-use development of the nearly 300 acres that includes a hotel, housing, retail and office space and a lake.

All of the old horse track's previous structures have been demolished except its casino. New sewers, storm drains and 10,000 feet of piping for utilities have been installed, along with sidewalks, turnouts, street lights and signals.
