Bush Advisers Split over New Government for Iraq

The Bush administration says it wants to quickly install new Iraqi authorities in parts of Iraq already under U.S. control. The goal is to isolate Baghdad and make Saddam Hussein's regime irrelevant. But the Pentagon and State Department are split over who the Iraqi authorities should be. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
