Terrorism Tops Agenda for Bush, Blair Talks

President Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair condemn Thursday's deadly bombings in Istanbul. At a meeting in London on the second full day of Bush's state visit to Britain, the two leaders link the attacks to the ongoing effort to stabilize Iraq and end insurgent attacks there.
