President George Bush meets Mexican President Vicente Fox for discussions at the start of the Summit of the Americas in Monterrey, Mexico. Among the topics the two discussed were immigration policy, trade and security. Leaders from 34 nations in the Western Hemisphere are present at the summit, excluding Cuba.
