A new report called "Laws Without Justice: An Assessment of Sudanese Laws Affecting Survivors of Rape" by the humanitarian group Refugees International finds Sudan's sexual violence and rape laws don't help the women they're suppose to protect.
Ken Bacon, the President of Refugees International, and human rights expert Adrienne Fricke, who co-authored the report, explain why the laws can cause women more harm.
