The final report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change was released Saturday at the end of the group's conference in Valencia, Spain.
The report includes data and findings from three IPCC working groups on climate change, work that earned the panel this year's Nobel Peace Prize.
The group warns of heat waves and rising sea levels as early as 2020 unless urgent, global action is taken.
The report is expected to form the basis for discussion at this year's U.N. climate conference, which will be in Bali, Indonesia, at the begining of December.
