The woman accused of hitting Gunnery Sergeant Dave Smith while he was on his motorcycle, then fleeing the scene, is scheduled to be arraigned today in San Diego, according to 10News. Police say 21-year-old Marine Corps Recruit Depot Palomar Medical Center in Escondido
