When the military band Sidewinder belted out the Adele song “Rolling in the Deep” during their two month deployment in Afghanistan, the videotaped version of their performance when viral. At this writing, the video has garnered almost 1.4 million views on YouTube. The attention got Sidewinder invited on national television programs like Entertainment Tonight and Fox and Friends.
This weekend Sidewinder returned home to St. Louis, Missouri. (The members of Sidewinder are part of the Missouri Air National Guard’s 571st Air Force Band.)
