Country music superstar Brad Paisley gave a free concert for servicemembers and their families this month aboard Naval Air Station Mayport in Florida.
Paisley is now traveling the world with his "Wetter and Wilder" tour. Each tour stop collects cell phones for the nonprofit group "Cell Phones for Soldiers." The group, started by brother and sister Brittany and Robbie Bergquist, raises money for troops' calling cards by recycling cell phones. According to the "Cell Phones for Soldiers" website:
To date we have collected more than 7.5 million cell phones and provided military personnel with more than 90 million minutes of pre-paid calling cards.
