Bush Boosts Homeland Security Budget

President Bush cites homeland security, the war on terrorism and economic recovery as the top priorities in his proposed $2.4-trillion budget for fiscal 2005. The budget includes a 7 percent boost in military funding and a 10 percent increase for homeland security. NPR's Andrea Seabrook reports.
