Michael Devlin, the man suspected of kidnapping two Missouri boys, has pleaded not guilty to charges in one of the cases.
Devlin was arraigned Thursday in the case of Ben Ownby, 13, whom police found four days after he disappeared. Authorities say they discovered Ben in the suspect's apartment along with another boy who had been missing for more than four years.
The parents of the second boy, Shawn Hornbeck, say they think their son was sexually abused during the ordeal.
Police are also investigating Devlin in a similar abduction case from 1991.
