Ex-Treasury Chief Rubin Takes Helm at Citigroup

When Robert Rubin takes over as CEO of Citigroup he will be leaving what has been dubbed the best job in the world: chair of Citigroup's executive committee. He had no daily duties. As an advisor he collected $150 million in cash and stock over eight years, and had use of the corporate jet. Rubin has gotten a lot of criticism for that pay package. He does have a hefty resume. He used to be co-chairman of brokerage firm Goldman Sachs and Treasury Secretary of the United States.
