Supreme Court to Hear Guantanamo Case

The Supreme Court will hear arguments this week in a case about the legal rights of detainees at Guantanamo Bay. Under the 2006 Military Commissions Act, Guantanamo inmates cannot exercise their "habeas corpus" rights to challenge their detention. Slate.com legal analyst Dahlia Lithwick and Senator Lindsey Graham, who helped create the act, discuss the case.
