The recent pet food recall spurs legal action across the country, but how will pet owners be compensated? These Days legal analyst Dan Eaton tells us what sort of interesting legal questions come abo

Maureen Cavanaugh (Guest Host): A massive pet food recall by a large pet food company is affecting the well-being of supposedly thousands of pets across the country. Legal action by the pet owners against Menu Foods is expected, but some of these folks are learning that the legal system doesn't quite treat domestic dogs and cats as preciously as they do. How will pet owners be compensated for their suffering? Are pet owners filing individual lawsuits or class-action ones? What's the difference anyway?
