The Chairman of the Veterans Affairs committee joins us to talk about the struggle between the White House and Congress over Iraq, immigration and more.

San Diego Democrat Bob Filner was elected to Congress 15 years ago during the Clinton administration. He has seen both parties in charge of the White House and Congress. He is now Chairman of the House Veterans Affairs Committee. Tonight we'll hear what he has to say about the struggles in Washington over the war in Iraq, illegal immigration, and more as we continue our interviews with San Diego's Representatives in San Diego for spring recess.
