California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was in San Diego today pushing his agenda to shape the state's future. The governor held a town hall meeting that included heads of state agencies in charge of health care, prisons, education, and natural resources.

Schwarzenegger says the state is in better fiscal shape now than when he took office, but he says the economy won't always generate record breaking revenues.

Schwarzenegger : The old saying is, what goes up must come down. We've got to be prepared this time because last time in 2000 when the economy went down, what happened? We started creating a huge debt. More and more debt. We started going after the pension money and this money and that money. And all the gimmicks were created. We can never do that again.

It's the second town hall meeting the Governor has held in California this week.
