Beginning today people in Southeastern San Diego can get a reward for turning in their guns.  A San Diego ministry is inviting the public to turn in their weapons for gift cards -- no questions asked.  KPBS reporter Alison St John spoke with pastor Ikenna Kokayi with the United African-American Ministerial Action Council about the program.
