The County Board of Supervisors controls a $5 billion budget and provides critical services from health care to public safety and firefighting. The supervisors decisions and priorities affect 3 million residents of San Diego County. And yet, many San Diegans are not really familiar with the work, or the members of the Board of Supervisors
