Alison St John (Guest Host): When you saw the pictures of the tanker truck accident that brought down a San Francisco overpass recently, did the question cross your mind: "What if that were to happen on the freeway I commute on every day, here in San Diego?" We've invited two people who work in emergency preparedness in San Diego to talk to us about that hypothetical question: "How would law enforcement agencies respond to such a situation and what kind of planning has gone into preparing for it?"
