Tom Fudge: Just a couple of years ago, Fallujah was the scene of intense fighting between American Marines and Iraqi insurgents. Reporter Tony Perry was there, and today, he's back to tell us how the environment in Fallujah has changed. Tony Perry is the San Diego bureau chief for the Los Angeles Times . He's been to Iraq on several occasions to cover Camp Pendleton-based marines who are assigned to patrol what's called the Sunni Triangle, otherwise known as the Al Anbar province.
