In Season 7, Martha’s updated versions of the classics set the standard, while her uses of flavors and ingredients add new angles to some familiar favorites.

Episode 2: “Mid-Atlantic” airs Saturday, Oct. 15 at 2:30 p.m. - Learn about four regional favorites: peach cake, Kaiser rolls, crumb cake and black & white cookies.

Join Martha as she shares four mouthwatering regional favorites from the Mid-Atlantic. In this episode, she introduces a local summertime favorite, Baltimore peach cake; teaches the technique for perfectly twisted Kaiser Rolls; and whips up a delectable black raspberry crumb cake. Plus, black and white cookies — a New York City favorite.

Episode 3: “Midwest” airs Saturday, Oct. 22 at 2:30 p.m. - Regional classics meant for sharing: cherry pie, gooey butter cake, kransekake and navy bean pie.

In the Midwest, baking for community get-togethers is commonplace. Martha bakes four regional classics meant for sharing: her polka dotted double-crusted sour cherry pie; classic St. Louis gooey butter cake; and Kransekake, a Norwegian celebratory cake. Plus, a simple yet delightful sweet custard pie made with navy beans.

Episode 4: “Northwest” airs Saturday, Oct. 29 at 2:30 p.m. - Join Martha as she shares four regional favorites using blackberries, figs, potatoes and hazelnuts.

Episode 5: “Southern Classics” airs Saturday, Nov. 5 at 2:30 p.m. - Three of Martha’s favorite Southern classics: hummingbird cake, sweet potato pie and hot milk cake.
