On this episode, we have the treat of meeting food mastermind Marcelo Hisaki, the Japanese-Mexican chef behind the Amores restaurant in Tecate. His multicultural background, international training, and incredible devotion to being a chef, leads to him creating masterpieces for the plate. He explains just how important it is to get in touch with the natural ingredients the earth provides. We also get to meet his wife, Reyna, who is the executive chef at Rancho La Puerta Spa. As Marcelo serves some of the best plates Host Jorge Meraz has ever tried, we can't help but fall in love with the food at Amores restaurant.
