The Roundtable: Poverty Rates; DADT; New Chargers Stadium Idea
Reporters and editors analyze the rise in poverty rates in San Diego County; the end of Don't Ask, Don't Tell for the U.S. Military; and the chargers new stadium idea.

Reporters and editors look at three issues. Poverty rates in the U.S. and San Diego County rose steeply in 2010, and rates of health insurance have declined, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. The Clinton-era policy of Don't Ask, Don't Tell has come to an end in the military, with seemingly minimal effect. And the Chargers have floated the ideal of adding a convention center to their plans for a new stadium.
