Folks who used to exercise with the late Navy SEAL Jon Tumilson when he lived in San Diego have planned a run tonight in his honor. Tumilson was killed last week, along with 29 other servicemembers, when Taliban insurgents shot down his Chinook helicopter.
San Diego television station NBC 7/39 reports the plan is to meet at 5:30 p.m. near Mission Bay Visitors Center, circle Fiesta Island, then head to Shakespeare's Pub in Little Italy to celebrate Tumilson's life.
