MCAS Miramar Says Thank You To Padres (Video)

The MCAS Miramar-based 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing said thank you to the the San Diego Padres on Thursday during a special Colors ceremony at the base.

According to a 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing release:

In 1996, the Padres became the first national sports team to salute the military with discounted tickets, flag unfurling and special uniforms designed to look like military uniforms.

Former Padre (and son of a Marine veteran) Trevor Hoffman was one of the guests. No word if "Hells Bells" was played.
