Dean Calls Wisconsin Win Vital

Former Vermont governor Howard Dean tells supporters in Wisconsin that he must win the state's Feb. 17 primary if he is to remain a viable candidate in the Democratic presidential race. Frustration is seeping into the Dean campaign, which has failed to translate millions of dollars in campaign funds and hordes of eager volunteers into a victory at the polls.
