In October, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy came to San Diego to hand out the prestigious Devitt Award for Judicial Service to San Diego’s native son Judge Clifford Wallace, who sits on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The award is given to those who make meaningful contributions to justice, advance the rule of law and improve society. Reporter Amita Sharma speaks to Judge Wallace about his life as a jurist.
