Sex Drive Gets a Thumbs Up From Teen Critic

Sex Drive (Summit)

By Rachel Landrum

Sex Drive (opening October 17 throughout San Diego) is the tale of a teenage boy named Ian (Josh Zuckerman) who feels he might be the only virgin left in his town. He hasn't even had a girlfriend yet and he's 18. While online, he finds a girl who goes by the name of Ms. Tasty. They chat and hit it off right away. She tells him that she wants to go all the way with him, the only catch is she lives nine hours away. So he heads off on a little road trip during which there will be many, many interesting delays. there will also be the strangest Amish man (Seth Green) you'll ever see. But more importantly some great thoughts as to is it really worth it? All that driving and all the fuss and hype just to loose your virginity?

I found the film Sex Drive (rated & R for strong crude and sexual content, nudity, language, some drug and alcohol use - all involving teens) to be funny but it allso had a love story, which I'm a big sucker for. Sex Drive may only be for the mature or should I say immature. I didn't get most of the jokes but my boyfriend who had accompanied me to this film did, and the whole audience was laughing and seemed to enjoy themselves.
