Political Impact of War in Iraq, Propositions A, B, and C
San Diego voters will be asked to make major decisions about city employee benefit increases and the outsourcing of city services. Will local voters understand the issues, and the ramifications of their decisions? Also, voters will be asked if local leaders should work towards building a new airport at MCAS Miramar. What will happen if voters approve the ballot measure? And, the war in Iraq has been a major point of dispute among Republicans and Democrats for the last couple years. How will voters’ opinions of the war impact the November election?
