Federal, state and local government offices will be closed Monday in observance of Presidents Day.
In the city of San Diego, administrative offices, libraries, recreation centers and municipal pools will be closed. The Tecolote Nature Center will also be closed.
The Mission Trails Regional Park Visitors Center will be open, however, as will Chollas Lake. The Torrey Pines, Balboa Park and Mission Bay golf courses will operate on a normal schedule.
The Miramar Landfill will also be open with regular hours, according to the city. There will be no delay in curbside trash pickup.
Parking meters in the city will not be enforced.
In the county of San Diego, administrative offices, animal shelters and libraries will be closed. Community and teen centers in Fallbrook, Lakeside and Spring Valley will also be shut down.
County-run campgrounds and parks will remain open.
The Metropolitan Transit System's buses and trolleys will run on a Saturday schedule. That means most rapid express routes and rural routes will not operate.

The North County Transit District's buses and trains will work on their normal schedules, according to the agency.
