On Season 7 of CROSSING SOUTH, enter the world of polo, as Jorge visits and trains with the Todos Santos Polo Club in Guadalupe Valley. He also gains insight into the roastery and cafe culture in Tijuana with some specialty coffee tasting; explores the quality of the medical services provided for children and their families; and of course, digs down into some tasty traditional and fusion-styled Mexican food.
