Look North Of San Diego For High Surf

The National Weather service said southerly swells generated by Hurricane Eugene are creating high waves for portions of Southern California.

A high surf advisory has been issued for the Ventura, Los Angeles and Orange County coasts from Friday afternoon through 7 p.m. Saturday.

Waves and surf from 6-10 feet are possible with dangerous rip currents on south-facing beaches of Orange, Los Angeles and Ventura Counties and the Channel Islands.
