Coronado is lining the streets with stars for the start of its own film festival this weekend, and both a rock star and a pop star from the past show what they can do in the present.
Morrissey
Music
Morrissey, the revered former lead singer of '80s alternative group The Smiths, returns for a show at Copley Symphony Hall.
Since going solo in the late 1980s, Morrissey has become known for things beyond his music, including his extreme vegetarianism, hugely devoted Mexican fan base, a penchant for cancelling shows and some controversial political views.
Even so, Morrissey is still associated with songs about social alienation, longing and tragic romance. His style fuses melancholy with wit in a way that continues to draw fans to his concerts.
