Seven plead guilty in Navy contracting fraud – U-T San Diego “Seven people, including four civilian contractors at the Naval Air Station North Island in Coronado, pleaded guilty in federal court to wire fraud, bribery and tax charges in a wide-ranging corruption probe, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday.”
