The Chargers are on top of the AFC West, the Padres are making some major personnel moves, SDSU football is a disgrace, while SDSU basketball is off to one of its best seasons ever. Lee 'Hacksaw' Ham

Tom Fudge : Yesterday, the San Diego Chargers made it 10 and 2 by beating the Buffalo Bills as snow swirled around the Buffalo stadium. The 10-2 record means the Chargers are virtually a shoe-in for the playoffs. In fact, if they continue playing up to the standards of the last five games, they could end up with a playoff bye and home field advantage.

In the meantime, the Padres are taking their time putting together a new team for next season. And the San Diego State Aztec football team avoided the humiliation of losing ten games by beating Colorado State on Saturday.
